| All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or a Bank Draft in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the bid, payable without condition to the City of Elgin.

| The successful shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security.
|
|
|
| The successful bidder shall pay prevailing wage and shall provide certified payrolls to the City for the duration of the Project.
