NO NEW RENTAL DATES AVAILABLE IN 2023/2024.The Hemmens has begun the process to build an addition to the north side of the building with construction tentatively scheduled to begin in early 2023. As a result, no new rentals will be accepted in 2023 or the first half of 2024 to accommodate the construction. Rental dates already scheduled will not be affected.
