File Police Report

Elgin's online citizen police reporting system enables participants to file a report and immediately receive a report copy for free. All reports are reviewed by police and if there is a need for more information or further investigation is required, you will be contacted within 48 hours. You will be emailed a final report and that report can be used for insurance purposes.

Please note: filing a false police report is a crime.
