Weeds/Tall Grass

Overgrown weeds shall be prohibited. Yards and other exterior property should be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of 8 inches in height.

Commercial Vehicles and Trailers

Commercial vehicles and trailers (including campers) are prohibited to be parked, kept, or stored in a residential zoned district.

Insect Screens

Insect Screens are required during the period May 1st - Oct 31st on every door, window, and other outside openings. Insect Screens must also be in good repair.

Storage of Junk

Exterior storage can include but is not limited to junk and/or household items stored on the exterior of your home. This would also include items left on the tree bank outside of normally scheduled trash pick-up day.

Storage of Trash and Recycling Containers

Containers must be stored so they are not visible from the street or sidewalk. Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier than 5pm the day proceeding the day pickup and must be removed no later than midnight the night of pick up. Waste Management will NOT pick up electronic items such as TV's, computer monitors, and laptops.

Unpaved Parking

All vehicles must be parked on asphalt or concrete approved surfaces. Parking on the grass or sidewalks is prohibited.

Motor vehicles

All motor vehicles are required to be licensed, operational, and in good repair. No vehicle shall at any time be in state of major disassembly or disrepair. All vehicle repairs should be done within an enclosed structure. Painting of vehicles is prohibited unless conducted inside an approved spray booth.

Deposits on the Street

It is unlawful for any person to deposit on any street, sidewalk, or alley any dirt, mud, gravel, stones, plant matter, snow, or refuse/garbage.

Exterior Property Maintenance

Make sure your property is in good repair including missing or peeling paint, siding in good repair and free of holes, no broken windows, primary and accessory structures are structurally sound.
