Goal
One of the goals of the Community Restitution Services Program (CRSP) is to provide assistance to the many neighborhood groups and non-profit organizations in the city.
Events and Special Projects
Since its inception, the program has been involved in a wide variety of events and special projects that the city has sponsored. Some of these include:

- Elgin Fine Arts Festival
- Elgin Foxtrot
- Elgin's Historic House Tour
- Fiesta Sals
- Four Bridges of Elgin Bike Race
- Fourth of July Parade
- Fox Fire Fest
- Little Angels Motorcycle Run

- Southeast Elgin Neighbors (SEEN)
