The Edward Schock Centre of Elgin “The Centre” turns 20 this November!
While the Elgin Parks and Recreation Department has been around for quite some time, this year marks the 20 year anniversary of the Edward Schock Centre of Elgin. A true gem to the city, the Centre has provided the Parks and Recreation Department with a venue to offer so many programs and events that enhance the quality of life and wellness in our community. In celebration, several special events and programs have been planned to help reintroduce you to all of the different divisions that truly make the Parks and Recreation Department the heart of our community.
