   Downtown Neighborhood Association

   Works on certain activities. Puts on the Elgin Parade, the Harvestfest, as well as connects with some of Elgin's downtown resteraunts for sponsoring events. It has a reglar news letter that comes out with all of Elgin's events, whether it be at a resteraunt or the Historical Society, as well as puts on the Car shows, and tries to intice more business downtown. This year, hopefully we will be able to paint the exteriors and clean the inside of old vacant buildings. Hope we get the okay
